At least 30% of an expeditions' success depends on the proper clothing and equipment.

Whether you are trekking or mountaineering with ChileMontaña.com, all our guests are invited to take advantage of our complete and personalized advance equipment check, free of charge.

This service will check your clothing and equipment prior to your departure on your expedition. We will offer support and advice so that you can prepare your expedition luggage correctly and efficiently.

Prior to the expedition a complete equipment check by the lead guide will be performed.  This check usually takes place the day before the trip starts and often a missing item cannot be leased or bought due to lack of time.

By providing these services prior to departure we aim to ensure that you are not missing an important piece of clothing or equipment.

Our Free Service Includes:

•          A detailed packing list of everything you need for your specific adventure.

•          We are available by email or phone to give advice before the expedition. If you have questions about what to purchase, what or how to pack, we are here to help.

In addition, ChileMontana.com offers a pre-expedition equipment check, completely free of charge. This will be completed by a specialized guide upon request once you arrive at your destination.  Please note this can only be done Santiago, Mendoza and La Paz when you have an extra day prior to your expedition.

To book your pre-expedition equipment check for expeditions to Ojos del Salado, Aconcagua, Illimani, Sajama as well as long treks and overland trips use the form below.
